Petr Pohl

Petr Pohl is a former elite professional hockey player with over 20 years of experience, widely recognized for his speed, skill, and scoring ability.

He spent three seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) and represented his native Czechia at the U20 World Junior Championship in Vancouver. In 2004, he was selected by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 5th round (#133 overall) of the NHL Draft and went on to spend three years within the organization, playing in both the AHL and ECHL.

Following his time in North America, Petr continued his career in Europe, competing in top leagues including Finland’s SM-liiga, the Czech Extraliga, and ultimately the German DEL, where he settled to extend his professional journey.

Along the way, Petr built a strong international network and developed a deep understanding of the hockey world. Today, he is uniquely positioned to mentor young athletes, guiding them through the challenges of the sport both on and off the ice. He finds great joy in sharing his knowledge, experience, and passion for hockey with the next generation.

Petr now enjoys family life in Delray Beach, Florida, with his wife and their three children.
